Hosted at EURO-TERMINAL Sp. z o.o., this gathering will bring together key partners to discuss progress, share insights, and plan future actions. - 09:00–13:00 CET: Port Electrification and Electric Forklift Inauguration at EURO-TERMINAL Sp. z o.o. (open to public and stakeholders)
- 13:00–16:30 CET: Pilot Owners Exchange on Electrification & Energy Twins, featuring presentations and discussions on green transition pilots
- Key Activities: Terminal visit, keynote on cross-border collaboration, panel discussion on the future of green ports
Day 2 (16 July 2025):
- 09:00–15:00 CET: Partner Workshop on knowledge transfer (WP2), pilot status (WP3), and best practices (WP4)
- Key Activities: Workshops led by Dr. Lawrence Henesey and Elizaveta Diatlova, action planning for September–December 2025
