Hosted by DigiTechPort2030 partner Port of Elbląg, the event will give six teams the opportunity to work with dedicated mentors on challenges related to environmental sustainability, digitalisation, crisis response and the relationship between ports and local communities. The challenges include the circular reuse of contaminated dredged sediment, dust capture during bulk cargo handling, runoff treatment, coordinated crisis response, a port water and risk digital twin, and improving public understanding of ports. The winning team will have the opportunity to continue working with the challenge owners and explore a pathway towards a future pilot.
